1. Account Registration and Use

Access: Registration is not required to view listings on the website or to contact specialists.
Registration and Verification: To add services, leave reviews, or bookmark listings, you must register via email or your Google account. Profile "verification" is conducted exclusively via email confirmation.
Responsibility: Users are personally responsible for the security of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their account.

2. Content and Reviews

Service providers are strictly prohibited from leaving fake ratings or reviews on their own profiles or services.
It is forbidden to post illegal, offensive, false, or fraudulent information on the platform.
Each submitted review can be edited by its author only once.

3. Account Suspension and Deletion

By the User: You have the right to instantly and permanently delete your account at any time directly from your account settings dashboard.
By the Platform: Ognakan reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform's tools, or cause harm to other users.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ognakan is exclusively an information platform. We are not a party to any transactions, agreements, or monetary transfers between customers and service providers. We do not guarantee the quality of the services provided. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
